Rough-finished design and an AMOLED screen that’s brighter than ever
Xiaomi has outlined the design of the Mi 11 with subtle changes that allow us to continue to identify the identity of the brand, but with some improvements that on a day-to-day basis may suit it very well. On the front we have a body where the screen occupies practically everything and a hole in the screen in the upper central area. No sign of the fingerprint reader, which is added under the screen.
The rear part has the camera module in a similar arrangement to the previous one, but more elongated. It stands out slightly because the Xiaomi 12 is a considerably thin and light mobile with 180 grams of weight.
This year Xiaomi has wanted to influence the design and will offer the Xiaomi 12 in multiple pastel tones, with a rough touch that, in the absence of testing it, will predictably offer a better hand feeling than glass, which is much more slippery.
The chosen panel is a 6.28-inch AMOLED with FullHD + resolution, a 20: 9 format and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. But where it has improved the most is in its image quality. The Xiaomi 12 offers compatibility with HDR10 + and Dolby Vision and the 12-bit panel is capable of up to 1,100 nits of maximum brightness.

New year, new processor. Qualcomm has managed over the years to become a reference when it comes to determining the new flagships and in 2022 it does not seem that it will be an exception either, despite the increase in their own processors by the different brands.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 initiates the transition to photolithography of 4 nanometers and incorporates cores of up to 3 GHz. The result is a chipset capable of recording in 8K HDR and applying bokeh, correcting defects in images, improving the performance of the AI by four times and its graphics Adreno 730 They promise up to 30% improvement over last year. The Qualcomm chipset is made up of a 3 GHz Cortex X2 core, three 2.5 GHz Cortex-A710s and four 1.8 GHz Cortex-A150s.
At the connectivity level, the Xiaomi 12 arrives with 5G and Bluetooth 5.2, but also incorporates support for WiFi 6 and WiFi 6E networks. Xiaomi will offer different versions depending on the RAM and the chosen storage, starting from 8 GB and 128 GB up to 12 GB and 256 GB, with LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 technology respectively.
As for the battery, the Xiaomi 12 incorporates 4,500 mAh and accompanies it through a fast charging technology up to 67W Via USB-C port, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging. In this section, the Pro model is the one who gets the latest technology.

Triple camera with 50MP main sensor and 5x optical zoom
