The car known this Monday has been drawn up by the judge who instructs the case of the recordings of the party of A Maruxaina, in Cervo (Lugo). In it, he dismisses the complaint for the second time, considering that there is no crime.

The Councilor for Emprego and Equality added that, in her opinion, “the state should establish a regulatory development that allows adequate coordination” between security forces and bodies and companies with digital content, “to be able to carry out surveillance” and “prevent “that this happens” or if it happens “that there is” immediate power “to remove such content.

This regulation, the regional minister underlined, “could be quite beneficial or reduce the consequences of actions like these quite a lot.” In any case, it has shown its “maximum respect for that decision and for the appeals that are now filed by the different parties in the Provincial Court.”
