Instagram is evaluating the possibility of allowing users to respond to the stories of others with voice messages and not just with text or emoticons, the options that, until now, are available.
According to what was posted on Twitter by analyst Alessandro Paluzzi, Meta’s social network is already working on this new feature, one of the most requested by users. The expert’s post also shows a screenshot showing the innocence of a microphone inside the reply bar, right between the writing space and the button that allows you to send a GIF.

According to this preview of Panuzzi, the social network would also allow you to respond to stories with an image. This could be done through a special button to attach photos and that would also appear in the answers bar.
Meanwhile, another novelty that could come to Instagram is the possibility of sending a post using a QR code. The developer also showed a screenshot in his account where the option to share a publication via QR code appears, it is next to the other tools above “copy link”.

Of course, these new features are in a testing period and it is unknown when they will be available in the final version of the application through an update. It should be remembered that many resources evaluated by the different platforms are never used by users.
